CFRT is an advanced composite material. It is made of continuous, high-strength glass fibers and a resin matrix of UD tape. It has high strength and rigidity, good stability, and weather resistance. It also has very good elasticity, which makes it hard to rupture.

Tensile Strength and Modulus: CFRT sheets usually have a tensile strength of 250 MPa or more. Their tensile modulus is about 10 GPa, depending on the fiber and resin used. CFRT offers lower processing temperatures and faster cycle times than traditional thermoset composites.
