Carbon fiber sandwich panels feature popular characteristics: they use a 3K 2×2 carbon fiber skin with a twill weave and offer various surface treatment options. This ensures a smooth surface with no rough edges. Core materials include foam core, plywood, and PP honeycomb. Foam cores are available in XPS, PET, PVC, and PU foam. We can customize the core material according to your requirements, selecting different densities and thermal conductivity properties for filling. We employ vacuum high-pressure lamination to prevent delamination over time, ensuring strong bonding performance.

Carbon fiber composite panels offer high customization: the structure can be a sandwich panel or a multi-layer structure. We can customize multi-layer structures, using different foam densities to manufacture composite panels of varying thicknesses, lengths, and widths. Carbon fiber panels are available in different weave patterns and densities, catering to all DIY applications.
