Description

We produce refrigerated truck bodies for ice transportation. Ice is usually in the form of ice bricks, which are solid and heavy in mass. Fiberglass composite material as the frame and reinforced steel inside enhance loading performance and pressure resistance, ensuring the box truck body remains stable at high speed regardless of ice volume transported.

In order to ensure that the ice will not melt, we use XPS foam as the insulation core layer. We avoid PU as the foam core layer since it absorbs water and loses insulation effect, needed to maintain -18°C to 0°C to prevent ice melting.Use thickened foam so that temperature fluctuations can be minimized.Ice differs from other products because its melting is irreversible, changes its appearance, and makes it unsellable.
