Unidas con una pel\u00edcula adhesiva epoxi, se someten a prensado en caliente a 120\u00b0C y 0,5 MPa durante 15-30 minutos. El producto acabado alcanza una resistencia al pelado superior a 6 MPa con una s\u00f3lida uni\u00f3n entre capas, adecuada para paredes laterales sometidas a grandes esfuerzos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda de termoformado:<\/strong> Los paneles precalentados (160\u00b0C) se moldean r\u00e1pidamente a presi\u00f3n durante 30 segundos, logrando radios m\u00ednimos R=50 mm. Este proceso se adapta perfectamente a los paneles laterales aerodin\u00e1micos y a los techos de los veh\u00edculos recreativos. La estabilidad dimensional posterior al moldeo es alta, con una contracci\u00f3n &lt;0,3%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refuerzo compuesto preimpregnado: <\/strong>Las superficies de PET se recubren previamente con preimpregnado epox\u00eddico. Tras el curado, la resistencia interlaminar al cizallamiento aumenta en 25%, lo que mejora significativamente la resistencia al impacto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es mejor la espuma de PET que la de PVC?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El PET tiene la ventaja de su alto rendimiento, mejor resistencia al calor, no libera cloruro de hidr\u00f3geno en el proceso de producci\u00f3n y es 100% reciclable. El PVC es f\u00e1cil de causar contaminaci\u00f3n blanca, mientras que el PET es m\u00e1s respetuoso con el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El PET tiene una alta resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n y a la
