Zu den Verarbeitungsmethoden geh\u00f6ren thermoplastische und duroplastische Verfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li><strong>Hei\u00dfpress-Laminierverfahren: <\/strong>PET-Schaumplatten (Dichte 80-135 kg\/m\u00b3) werden zwischen FRP, Aluminiumblechen oder Karbonfaserh\u00e4uten eingebettet. Sie werden mit einem Epoxid-Klebefilm verbunden und bei 120 \u00b0C und 0,5 MPa 15-30 Minuten lang hei\u00df gepresst. Das fertige Produkt erreicht eine Sch\u00e4lfestigkeit von &gt;6 MPa mit einer robusten Zwischenschichtverklebung, die f\u00fcr hochbelastete Seitenw\u00e4nde geeignet ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tiefziehtechnik:<\/strong> Vorgew\u00e4rmte Platten (160\u00b0C) werden unter Druck 30 Sekunden lang schnell geformt, wobei Mindestradien R=50 mm erreicht werden. Dieses Verfahren passt sich perfekt an die stromlinienf\u00f6rmigen Seitenw\u00e4nde und D\u00e4cher von Freizeitfahrzeugen an. Die Dimensionsstabilit\u00e4t nach der Formgebung ist hoch, mit einer Schrumpfung &lt;0,3%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepreg Verbundwerkstoff-Verst\u00e4rkung: <\/strong>Die PET-Oberfl\u00e4chen sind mit Epoxid-Prepreg vorbeschichtet.
